The Unlock 1-Click Trading Password is bypassed just by clicking outside of the password pop-up

It is not “bypassed”, 1-click is optional. If you click outside the pop-up, you are just choosing not to turn it on.
When 1-click is turned on, you do not need to sign every transaction manually with your wallet. When it is turned off, you do need to sign every transaction manually.

I think it would be better to have it on the top of the screen as an option instead of a pop-up for better UI. @lucas

I thought this as well at first. The reason we decided to make it a pop-up is that when we did not, users always got confused about what it did. Many would get frustrated about the signing and not spend long enough on the UI to even turn it on. The best solution we found (although not perfect), was to have it pop-up at the very beginning, so that users go through a little friction or confusion up front, and less after. Usually, you want to do the opposite with UX, but we decided this was an exception.
